The Two-Way Immersion (TWI) Program spans K-12, beginning with early primary, at Jewett Elementary and is a magnet-strand within the Central Point School District. The TWI classrooms are comprised of 50% native Spanish speakers and 50% native English speakers. TWI students receive a majority of their instruction in Spanish in the primary grades with the percentage of instruction in Spanish reducing annually until the intermediate grades when instruction will be balanced equally between the two languages. Students participating in this program will develop a high level of proficiency in both their native language and their second language by fifth grade when they will be bilingual and biliterate.

El programa de educación bilingüe de inmersión recíproca (TWI) abarcará K-12, comenzando en los grados básicos en la escuela primaria Jewett hasta llegar a ser una cadena especializada en el distrito de Central Point. Las clases de TWI son compuestos de 50% estudiantes hispanohablantes y 50% estudiantes anglohablantes. Los estudiantes TWI reciben la mayoría de su instrucción en Español en los grados primarios y el porcentaje de instrucción en Español será reducida cada año hasta los grados intermedios cuando la instrucción será equilibrada entre los dos idiomas. Los estudiantes que participen en este programa desarrollarán un alto nivel de aptitud en su idioma nativo y en su segundo idioma para cuando estén el quinto grado logrando ser bilingües y bialfabetizados.
